All UK shipping is free and will be sent via Royal Mail. You will need to be in to sign for your parcel and a tracking number will be available.
We are also happy to send work internationally for a small fee. Please read our terms and conditions for more details.
If a piece is in stock, we will endeavour to get it to you within a week. Please feel free to contact us with any delivery worries you may have and we will do our best to track your parcel down.
Complex or commissioned pieces, or those that are listed as out of stock may take longer to reach you. Please contact us at the time of ordering for an estimation of delivery time especially if you need it for an event!
There is a fee for international shipping and this will be added automatically at checkout. Please note that complimentary gift wrap is free both for UK clients and those from overseas!

Harriet Bedford endeavours to supply the highest quality jewellery and service and operates a simple returns policy.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone +44 (0) 1752 604115 within 28 days of delivery to arrange a return/refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns of stud earrings for sanitary reasons.
Refunds for custom made jewellery are made at Harriet Bedford’s discretion
Add items of your choice to your CART using the +ADD TO CART button.
When your shopping is complete, simply click on the CHECKOUT button where any shipping costs will be calculated.
You will then be able to use Paypal to complete your order.
If you have made an order in error, please contact us as soon as possible. We want you to be as happy as possible with the pieces you buy from us!
Please note that if an order of earrings for pierced ears has been posted to you, we will not accept its return for a refund.

Harriet Bedford works with PayPal. This is the most secure method of online payment and means that you can pay online using many different types of debit and credit card.
You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to shop with us!
If you are a PayPal account holder, it is also possible to pay for goods online using a direct bank transfer, see the PayPal site for details.
If you would rather pay by cheque then please contact us in advance of doing so. We will not delivery any goods until funds have been cleared.
