flame stud earrings

 

I have loved mismatched pairs for a long time. This was another competition design and so I wanted to push the boat out.

I am very fond of this design and will certainly create similar pieces in the future. Asymmetry rocks!    hb x

about the design:

Pretty but striking mismatched earrings with a rebellious streak!

Harriet designed a flaming star tattoo for herself when she left hospital after a close call – it symbolises endurance, new beginnings and passion*.

This design is banked with the British Jewellers’ Asscoiation.

to wear & to give:

These earrings would work in many different ways – echo the rock-out style and match up with denim and leather, wear with a fiery red or orange ensemble to complete a theme or with any outfit to symbolise the all-powerful goddess-woman hiding just beneath the surface and waiting to party!

As with all silver some tarnish may occur on this piece over time. To clean your jewellery,  gently buff the tarnish away with the silver cleaning cloth included with your piece.

*(She doesn’t regret the tattoo, but will happily tell your kids that she does and that it was agonising to have done!)
