One of Harriet Bedford’s earliest designs and the one that not only established her style but became her personal logo, the ivy leaf symbolises wedded bliss and fidelity. Perfect when paired with the Ivy Necklace.
The ivy bracelet was one of the first pieces Harriet made in this style and it has remained unchanged for 10 years.
“This is a special piece. It was with the Ivy Bracelet that I started to understand the importance of movement in jewellery, and the fact that generosity both in terms of metal used and in design mechanics was so important to me. The work looks as good from the back as well as the front and is beautiful on or off. The clasp was designed by me for these pieces and is easy to use and unique to my jewellery. These details are things that have becomes rules for how I work. The ivy bracelet is so important to me. It marks no less than the start of my life as a designer.” HB
